    Required: Documents that show you currently live on the Gold Coast. Acceptable documents must be dated within the last 3 months and include your name and address. Examples include a utility bill, rent or lease agreement, rates notice, or vehicle or driver licence renewal notice. If you do not have a fixed address, you can provide a signed letter from a support service, community organisation, employer, or similar organisation confirming that you are currently based on the Gold Coast. Proof of residence must be provided in the name of the applicant. Applications without acceptable proof of residence will be ineligible for funding.
