Group Incubator Eligibility

To be eligible groups must: 

  • commit to completing all course requirements*
  • commit to 100% attendance**
  • be operating from the Gold Coast
  • upload compulsory support material as part of your application
  • not have any overdue acquittals and/or outcome reports from completed City of Gold Coast Council Arts and Culture Unit grants or programs
  • members can not be City of Gold Coast Council employees.

*Limited to 10 groups. This program is in high demand. You must commit to 100% attendance. You may be required to pay applicable fees for non-attendance or non-completion.

**All sessions will be delivered from the Broadbeach Cultural Precinct - cnr Hooker & Sunshine Boulevards, Broadbeach Waters 4218

    For example: recent utility account - such as gas, electricity, phone -, rent or lease agreement. New groups or groups that do not have a physical address must provide these details from a member, in this case we may also accept an individual's recent utility account - such as gas, electricity, phone, rent or lease agreement, registration or driver licence renewal notice. If you do not provide this documentation, your EOI will be deemed ineligible and will not be assessed.
    Does your group have any overdue acquittals and/or outcome reports from a completed City of Gold Coast Council Arts and Culture Unit grant or program? * Required
    For example, Arts Development Fund, RADF, Professional Placements, Level Up, Next Gen GC, Generate GC, Bursaries. Overdue means you have completed your grant or program but (a) you have not yet submitted an Outcome Report, (b) you have submitted the Outcome Report but have been advised you need to provide additional information before your report can be accepted, OR (c) you have been advised that your Outcome Report has not been accepted. If you are unsure of your eligibility please contact the Senior Arts Officer.
